Returns/Refunds

The state of Connecticut has general regulations regarding refunds. They can be read here: https://portal.ct.gov/DCP/Common-Elements/Consumer-Facts-and-Contacts/Refunds

Software

All software product sales are final. There are no refunds.

Subscription Services

Subscription services that are not part of a contract are month-to-month and can be canceled any time, but they are non-refundable. SMBMSP LLC. affords the customer use of the software or services as part of that subscription for the remainder of that calendar month.

Hardware

All new hardware sales can be cancelled by the next business day at 8:00 AM. After 8:00 AM the following day after the point of sale, all new hardware sales are final, as these items are not regularly stocked and have been custom ordered for the customer. There are no refunds.

Refurbished items and used items are sold as-is and all sales are final. There are no refunds.

Any parts for repair or replacement are custom ordered items specific to the customer’s device, and as such, all sales are final. There are no refunds.

Labor

Labor on work already completed is non-refundable.

Labor that is part of a deposit for a one-off project that has not been started is fully refundable up until 24 hours prior to the appointment date. If the project is cleared for immediate start and the balance has been paid in full, it is non-refundable.

Payments made to hold a retainer of pre-paid hours for future labor are refundable up to 24 hours after the point of sale. After 24 hours, the time is added to the customer's account and is non-refundable.

Payments made for custom projects such as website design, software programming, graphics design, etc. are non-refundable.

Warranties

SMBMSP LLC. is a reseller of both hardware and software. As such, SMBMSP LLC. provides no in-house warranties for any of the products and/or services offered. Warranties vary from each manufacturer and/or developer of the hardware and/or software purchased by the customer. SMBMSP LLC. recommends that the customer research the warranties provided by these independent manufacturers and/or developers before making any purchase through SMBMSP LLC. We are also happy to help customers find these warranties or furnish them upon request before the customer makes a purchase.
